Villa MonteLandi

MonteLandi Design

Honoring Tradition and Local Craftsmanship. The owners sought to preserve as much of the villa’s history as possible while meeting modern luxury standards. Floors and most ceilings were redone with handmade terracotta tiles and chestnut beams, incorporating both thermal and acoustic insulation. Each bedroom features a private travertine-clad bathroom, with stone hand-selected from the nearby quarries of Rapolano Terme.

Luxury suite in Tuscany at sunset, featuring soft chandelier lighting, elegant bathroom details, and a refined bed with a romantic atmosphere.

Luxurious Yet Unpretentious. Sleep in custom-designed wrought-iron beds, crafted for us by a local artisan. Antique furniture from Italy and France has been lovingly restored—a passion of the owners’ family. The artwork, some available for purchase, includes both local pieces and auction finds. Walk barefoot on plush, handwoven Persian carpets from Nain and Bachtiar, and admire the fine Italian fabrics used for the upholstered furniture and elegant curtains.

Modern Technology, Classically Styled. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art heating and air-conditioning, while the bathrooms feature underfloor heating. Kitchens come fully fitted with induction cooktops and modern appliances. Tableware, sourced from antique markets, lends a nostalgic, noble touch. The villa and its outdoor areas enjoy full Wi-Fi coverage. The only thing you won’t find? A television—because here, the view is the best screen.
