Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or a curious traveler, our wine experiences will guide you through some of the finest reds in the world. While Tuscany has many wine regions, our focus is on those closest to us—Montalcino (with its Brunello), Montepulciano (with its Vino Nobile), and Orcia DOC. We can also arrange tastings of other celebrated Tuscan wines, including Supertuscans, Bolgheri, and Chianti. 

We recommend three ways to experience the wines of Tuscany: 

• Horizontal tastings – Sample the most recent vintages in one of the enotecas. It’s a simple way to discover and compare wines from a chosen region. Depending on your interest, you might taste just a handful or even more than 20 wines. And if you fall in love with a bottle, most enotecas can ship worldwide. 

• Winery visits – Explore the vineyards, cellars, and philosophy of renowned producers. We recommend visiting at least two or three wineries within the same appellation to appreciate the subtle differences in process and flavor. Larger estates can often arrange lunches, dinners, or tailor-made vertical tastings of their wines. 

• Private tastings at the villa – Perfect for connoisseurs or groups, we can invite an experienced sommelier to guide you through a curated selection. Some of the most memorable moments come from blind tastings, often hosted by the villa’s owner.
