The owners, Eva and Pavel—a Czech–Slovak couple—fell in love with the Val d’Orcia on their very first visit in 2008. Captivated by its villages, wines, food, and people, they made the region their home in 2018.
With backgrounds in real estate and a deep appreciation for authentic, human-centered design, they set out to create a place that honors the soul of Tuscany.
Villa MonteLandi was born from this vision: a thoughtful restoration using traditional materials and craftsmanship, designed to exist in harmony with nature while offering guests an immersive, high-quality experience rooted in beauty, comfort, and timeless Tuscan charm.

Selene brings extensive experience in hosting visitors to the Val d’Orcia. A seasoned wedding and event planner, she has a true passion for creating unforgettable celebrations.
She is also a professional singer with several albums—so don’t be surprised if she offers you a serenade.
